The general terms and conditions of sale (the "GTC") detailed below apply to all orders for products and services placed via the site (the "Products") with Princesse Soleil by any person (the "Client"). In view of possible changes to the Site and regulations, Princesse Soleil reserves the right to modify the GTC at any time. Only the terms and conditions in force at the time the contract is concluded will be binding on the client. The client will be informed of the new terms and conditions of sale by modifying the dedicated page on the website. The customer expressly agrees to the new version of the GTC by validating a new order.
The version of the GTC applicable to any sale is the one appearing online on the site www.princessesoleil.com at the time of the order. Consequently, the fact of placing an order requires the customer's full and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions by clicking on the "Pay Now" button at the end of the payment process.

www.princessesoleil.com is an e-commerce website owned and managed by Laura-Mae HOZER. The site is open to all users of the Internet network by principle accessible 24/24h, 7/7d, except interruption, programmed or not, by Laura-Mae Hozer, for the needs of its maintenance and/or safety or case of absolute necessity.
3 - PRODUCTS
The products offered for sale are those described on the site on the day of the consultation of the site by the customer, within the limit of the available stocks or the availabilities of Pre-orders. However, Princesse Soleil cannot be held responsible for any error in the updating process, whatever its origin. In this respect, Princesse Soleil cannot be held responsible for the cancellation of an order for a product due to the exhaustion of stocks.
It is possible that the customer may receive a piece returned by another person following an order. Princesse Soleil only accepts the return of undamaged and unworn products. These two conditions are checked before the returned products are put back into stock.
4 - PAYMENTS
The transmission of information on our site is carried out in a secure environment, using the protocols in force on the Internet.
Payments are secured via Shopify by the payment platform Stripe, SARL unipersonnelle, registered with the RCS under the SIREN 807572011, at 10 Boulevard Haussmann, Paris 75009, France.
Payment card numbers are not stored on the www.princessesoleil.com website. The payment cards accepted via Stripe are: MasterCard®, Visa®, American Express®.
If the customer wishes to pay by bank transfer, cheque or payment link, he/she should contact Princesse Soleil by email princesse.soleil.creations@gmail.com to agree on the appropriate payment procedure.
Payments made on the website are debited in €.
5 - ORDERING
The delivery times shown on the site are given as an indication only. Princesse Soleil cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery due to the courier service or to a delay in the manufacture of the jewel.
Following an order on the www.princessesoleil.com website, the customer has 14 days from the date of receipt of the parcel to inform us of his intention.

The return costs are charged to the customer.
In case of refund, only the amount of the product will be taken into account, the possible expenses of forwarding remaining with the load of the customer.
The product must not have been worn, used, modified, washed or damaged. The product must be returned in its original packaging or in a suitable packaging to preserve the product.
Princesse Soleil reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order from a customer with whom it has a dispute over the payment of a previous order or a suspicion of fraud.

Princesse Soleil is the exclusive owner of the intellectual property rights to the following items, this list is not exhaustive:
On the items offered on the website, on the brands associated with the items;
The Website, and in particular its structure, the organization and titles of its sections, its visual and graphic identity, its design, its ergonomics, its functions, the software, texts, animated or still images, sounds, know-how, drawings, graphics and any other element making up the Website;
The databases, their structure and content, designed and managed by Princesse Soleil for the purposes of publishing the Site;
All design elements of the website, whether graphic or technical;
All names, acronyms, logos, colors, graphics or other signs that may be used, produced or implemented by Princesse Soleil.
Princesse Soleil, via Laura-Mae Hozer, is also the exclusive owner of the domain name "princessesoleil.com".
It is therefore forbidden to reproduce in any form whatsoever, directly or indirectly, the elements mentioned in the present article, as well as to alter the brands, patents, names, acronyms, logos, colors, graphics or other signs appearing on the elements made available on the site, and more generally to use or exploit these elements other than within the framework of the execution of the present contract.
