1. PREPARATION OF THE ORDER
Made to Order: All items that are marked "Pre-Order" are considered "Made to Order" items. This means that your jewelry is put into production after your order has been placed. The production time for these items is 1-10 business days depending on the availability of raw materials. If you want to know the preparation time of an item you can contact me by email princesse.soleil.creations@gmail.com before placing your order.
If you place an order containing both ready-to-ship items (without Pre-Order mention) and made-to-order items, the production time of your overall order is 1 to 10 business days. If you want the "ready to ship" items to be shipped faster, you will need to place two separate orders.
In the event of an error in the delivery details provided by the customer, Princesse Soleil cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of delivering products.
2. SHIPPING TIME
Standard shipping within Europe generally takes 3 to 7 working days. The customer has the possibility to add a tracking number to his package at an additional cost.
