1. Return and Refund

Following an order on the site www.princessesoleil.com, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of his package to inform us of his intention.

The return costs are at the charge of the customer.

In case of refund, only the amount of the product will be taken into account, the possible expenses of forwarding remaining with the load of the customer.

The refund of defective article with reception will be done on proof only (photograph). 




2. Repair Service

Princesse Soleil offers a free repair service for one year from the date of purchase upon presentation of the proof of purchase. The cost of returning the item will be charged to the customer.

After this warranty period, Princesse Soleil offers a paid repair service if possible. An estimate will be submitted to you for acceptance before any repair is made. You can send your request to princesse.soleil.creations@gmail.com.
